hours to add or remove items. Many Miles of Storage locations offer secure gated entry and a personal access code for convenient access.

What size storage unit do I need?

Choosing the right size is easy with our size guide. A 5×5 unit is similar to a large closet and works well for boxes,
seasonal items, or small furniture. A 10×10 unit typically fits the contents of a one-bedroom apartment, while a 10×20 unit
is great for a two to three-bedroom home. Sizes vary by location, so check your facility for current options.

What are the lease terms? Are they month-to-month?

Yes. We offer convenient month-to-month leases, so you are not locked into a long-term commitment. This flexibility is perfect for
moves, renovations, or when you simply need extra space for an undetermined amount of time.

What are your access hours?

You can access your storage unit 365 days a year. Gate hours vary by location, and some facilities offer 24-hour access. For phone and online assistance, our support team is available from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM, Sunday through Saturday.

What security measures do you have in place?

Your peace of mind is our priority. Our locations feature 24/7 high-definition video surveillance, electronic gate access with
personalized key codes, and bright lighting throughout the facility. Our management team also performs regular security checks to help
keep your belongings protected.

Do I need to provide my own lock?

Yes. You must bring your own disc lock to secure your unit. For added security, we recommend using a high-quality disc-style lock.

How do I pay my bill?

Paying your monthly rent is simple. You can enroll in AutoPay, manage payments through our secure online portal, or make a payment by
phone using our 24/7 IVR phone payment system.

What are the payment terms?

We offer AutoPay or monthly invoicing. We accept ACH payments and major cards including Mastercard, Visa, Discover, and American Express.
We do not accept cash or check.

Do you offer any specials or discounts?

We occasionally run seasonal move-in specials. Outside of these promotions, we do not offer additional discounts at this time.

Do you offer climate-controlled storage units?

We do not offer climate-controlled storage units at this time.

Do you offer protection for items stored?

Yes. We offer affordable protection plans to fit your needs.

Any tips for packing a storage unit efficiently?

Load larger, heavier items first and place them toward the back and along the sides. Stack boxes with heavier ones on the bottom and
lighter ones on top, and label every box clearly. If you plan to visit often, leave a small aisle so you can reach items without
unloading the entire unit.

What items am I not allowed to store?

For safety, certain items are prohibited, including flammable or combustible materials, perishable food items, hazardous waste, illegal
substances or stolen items, and live plants or animals. A complete list of restricted items is provided in your lease agreement.

Do you offer car, motorcycle, boat, and RV storage?

Yes. Miles of Storage offers drive-up access units and outdoor parking spaces to accommodate vehicles of many sizes, from small
motorcycles to large RVs and boats.

What do I do if I lose my lock key, combo, or gate code?

Give us a call. We can help after verifying your identity. Lock cutting is a $50 charge.
